Weekend Wine Safari Country Getaway
La Bastide
A secret gem in heart of Oregon's wine country. This little french-country classic guest house is on 30 acres of wilderness, away from the hustle and bustle. Across the way is Domaine Margelle Vineyards, hosting breathtaking views to dine amidst. This is truly a gourmet food and wine connoisseur's retreat! Professional massage therapy is available upon request.
 
We pick up at the Portland Airport on Friday and drop off on Sunday.

At noon we take off from the Vineyards of Domaine Margelle by Helicopter for a 3 winery, exclusively helicopter chauffeured ride. On site at each hand picked winery, our NW Top Chef Jeff Nizlek and his staff prepares gourmet food pairings to compliment your flight of wine tasting.

The Allison
Oregon Wine Country's Premier Inn and Spa! It isn't even officially open yet, but I got a preview tour of the facility and Spa, it's incredibly modern. The Allison has all the newest amenities and gourmet food selections the Pacific North West has to offer. We offer pick-up and drop-off service to and from Portland Airport. We take off at noon on Saturday from the Allison's front lawn to go on our Oregon Wine Safari Helicopter Tour for a 3 winery, exclusively helicopter chauffeured ride. On site, at each hand picked winery, our NW Top Chef Jeff Nizlek and his staff prepares gourmet food pairings to compliment your flight of wine tasting.
 
Friday evening we provide a local gourmet wine and cheese basket in your room with a variety of chocolate delicacies to welcome you on your Oregon Wine Safari weekend.

Saturday Evening we reserve the Chef's Table at the Allison's Jory Restaurant for the night. Dine up close and personal with your chef as he pairs local wines with fresh NW cuisine for the Chef's Wine Tasting Dinner. This private table next to the beautiful open kitchen lends itself to exquisitely palatable memories with friends. Table wine and the five course meal are included.
